The Lewmar Standard Winch 08 Alloy is a high
quality, hard wearing control solution. The long glass-fibre
reinforced, composite plastic stem is strong and light, while also
providing efficient plain bearing. The unique pattern and drum
shape make light work of sail handling and give you a better grip
for less wear and tear on your lines. No tools are required to
service a Lewmar winch. Just unscrew the top cap with your fingers
to remove the drum and provide access to the centre stem and deck
fitting holes. Comes in size 8 alloy finish.

Mounting Instructions:
4 x M6 (1/4 in) c’sk head screws on 66mm (2 19/32 in) PCD. Lewmar
recommend that the rope enters onto the drum at an angle of 5º to
10º to the base axis of the winch. To achieve this angle it may be
necessary to use a base wedge when installing the winch.
